Tasty Treats

Nick and I tried out a new place to eat this afternoon.  Well, new for me.  Nick has eaten some take-out from Capriotti's before, at work, but I have never had it.  So, we went at lunchtime.

I am not a big sandwich person.  Really, the only sandwiches I have liked are from Penn Station.  I think it's because of the bread.  I just don't like sub bread.

I tried a very interesting sandwich.  It is called the Bobbie.  Typically, it is on sub bread, but I just don't like it, so I got it on regular bread.


The toppings?  Turkey, cranberry sauce, mayo, and stuffing.

It was actually delicious!  Just like Thanksgiving.

Nick was proud of me for being so food brave.

I hate being picky.  I really do.  I want to be more brave about things.  This was definitely a big leap.

    Yeah for you being adventurous! I once mystery shopped for a stint and had to try a similar sandwich at a gas station cafe, of all places! I was shocked at how fun and great it truly was! Enjoying your blog, Allison!
